Originally established in 1965 EngDesign has been providing impartial advice across the full spectrum of building services for over 40 years. We have worked on all types of projects, from small scale specialist designs to high-tech large scale developments. Our portfolio ranges from investigative reports to complete services design for multi-million pound projects, including everything in between.

Our expertise continues to cover the complete range of building services, bringing our wealth of experience to bear. We are constantly looking at new trends and innovations and how they can improve the design of a building's services.
Each project receives personal attention, with each having a director directly responsible for it, who is supported by our widely knowledgeable and highly qualified engineers.
We recognise that no two projects are truly alike, and work with building owners, occupiers, developers and architects in a holistic approach to find the right solution in terms of cost, environment, maintenance, flexibility and comfort for each one.
